Well it looks like you got it to the main board, don't feel bad i looked at your pic an don't see a fuse either until I looked at Budm's reply. I wish I could fix main boards as well, Ive got a couple messed up as well.

ya,I'm gonna talk to the owner and see if they wanna fork out the money for a mainboard..

Maybe they won't and I become "proud" owner of this thing(tv#too many).

I think we can conclude that it's the main board.
Soon I'm gonna get some eeproms and play around with swapping them out,see if that can revive some of my main boards....
