I have a Samsung LE40A659A1 LCD TV that has a strange problem.
The problem is shown in the .rar file ->.mp4 (phone camera).
After the TV is turned on, the st-by LED is blinking and the image appear.
The TV is "working" for 10-20s and then it will restart.
Trying to find the problem I have replaced the TCON board but the symptoms are the same.
I have tried to "bend" the panel but there is no modification with the picture.
I have checked all the voltages from the power supply board and all of them are OK.
What could be the problem? The main board?

PS. The shields from the MB and TCON are removed by me.
