inspect and reset LVDS cable from MB to T-CON, and the ribbon cables from T-Con to Panels,

and tell if you have now stable green led,

TV will not responsed now on RC on / off because its at the first page of install, after install complete with RC the on / off will work

as i wrote on the pervious post.

it react on remote but not the on / off, because its on first page of install, after install process finish with RC then on / off will work. now always TV go on when its plunged out and in at wall socket. this normal first Install of TOSHIBA, try to take look at owner manual and follow on the photo the first install as photos on manual, so the main board can turn on and off with RC and can play Video signal via ports , and check sound. with this steps we can be close the fault of the green screen.

one things more, the firmware i gave it to you are G version, and its just Boot fimware for repair Linux OF TOSHIBA,

go to the Toshiba download center now http://www.dl.toshiba.com/tsb-dtv/NA.../46TL963B.html

and download the B for UK and Irland, and put it on the usb alone with out any things after extracting it and Flash your TV with it. so your TV will have the last update of Firmware.. so we can close the firmware issue now.
