Samsung LE22D450 Lcd Replacement

Hi,
I have a SAMSUNG LE22D450 TV with broken LCD. I managed to get hold of another LCD of flea-bay.. LE22 "B" 450. I connected it up but can only get the backlight to light up. Is this an incompatible swap or is it a faulty lcd

The T-CON board voltage requirement and the pinouts will have to match the original panel. If the power connector pins are not the same as the old one you can damage the transistor that supplies the voltage to the T-CON. You need to look up the spec sheet of both panels.

Many thanks for the response. The LCD's look similar to me. One is 1/4 inch wider.
