I wish I could report back that this one was fixed. I sat it down in the basement and my wife inadvertantly bumped it doing laundry and busted the screen. It's my own fault for leaving it there. I should have put it under the bench. I was going to part this one anyway. I'm just glad it wasn't one of the TVs with good screens.

If bridging CI805 fixes the backlight not turning on and there does not appear to be any bad lamps could one presume a bad inverter? I know that the main is bad since I also have no sound.
