I'm not sure if u can see in the picture but I was wondering what's causing these lines across the top of the screen

Usually it is tab bonding. Which connect to the sides of the screen panel. Very difficult to fix, but if you google tab bond repair there are videos that show you how to test if that is the issue.

ok tried the tab bonds on the videos i watched didnt seem to change much so maybe possible panel fault ?

Realistically tab bond or panel it will need a panel for a reliable repair. The tab bond fixes I've seen are just applying pressure at the failure point, which can never be considered a permanent solution since the actual bond has failed at the points where you have black lines. I know of no DIY solution the replace these (shame) and there's a lot of connections in that tiny package that leads to the panel.
