Yes tom followed the video removed it from the board 1 to 2 gave me a reading then 2 to 3 nothing and 3 to 4 also gave me a reading

OK, it appears your bridge rectifier is OK.

Leave it out of circuit for now.

Test ON THE PSU BOARD where the bridge used to go pins 1-4 and pins 2-3.

OK, now I want you to install a new fuse, LEAVE BRIDGE OUT, and plug TV in. Does fuse blow? (TV should not power up at all.)

OK, I would like you to unplug the board and test on diode range (in circuit), across each pin combination and both ways.

QP802 appears bad. Can you test all six pin combos 1-2, 2-1, 2-3, 3-2, 1-3, 3-1. Repeat for QP801, QI801, QI802.
