I think .. logical course of action; as It is an LG display panel is to find a smashed LG set gut it and swap the parts out .... that should do the trick.

Hello,I have a problem with my Toshiba 40BL702B
Screen model : LTA400HM13
Could be the problem with the main board 17MB65S-2 giving me this green colour picture ?
Sound and other functions are fine.
Any help would be much appreciated .

I would say this is a defective LCD panel most likely, though it is hard to be certain.

Yep failed panel, them Hm** panels are total trash very high failure rate. Seen several failed in the same way.

I have try to start Gently press each film line as to make the picture complete but nothing happens .
Is this main board have like a T-con IC Driver ?

Its a bad panel IMHO seen too many of these fail in the same way.
