Does a repair technician get schematics from the MFR, or is there some kind of service that they pay for to have access to all of them?

Howdy folks! I'm an artist in the video game industry, and my job entails making a lot of mechanical and sci fi assets. I thought it might be a good practice to start disassembling some electronics to be more familiar with how real electronics are manufactured and assembled, which is how i found my way to these forums.

Hello Everyone,
I will be really grateful if someone shares schematics and if possible the boardview of the old Asus Nexus 7 (2012) Tablet. The motherboard is ME370T Rev. 2.4. Now I can find schematics for the Rev. 1.0 but I could not find the schematics for the Rev 2.4. I tried to look for similarities in the Rev. 1 but there are somethings missing, plus the board i have has nearly no component names printed on it which as a newbie makes pretty hard for me to locate things. Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you. -
Schematics for the main board needed please. Sticker on board states BN94-07517A but the silkscreen says BN41-02157B. Cant find here or anywhere on the web.
Backlights work when main boards disconnected. When connected and power button switched, the relay on the PSU board turns on for one second then back off.
While relay is on, all voltage rails are present and steady (scoped) on main board.
I love a good logic puzzle but getting lost without any schematics.
No shorts on ANY capacitor main board.

I’m looking for the schematics or boardview for a Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 (Intel) with the following board:
