Hi, I bought my 40" LCD Samsung TV in 2009. This week it start displaying green static(green is replacing black in the picture) and a loud noise. While I had it plugged into my cable box, most of the picture was green fuzz free, but the black borders faded from green to black. I did some searching and found one recommendation to remove the large ribbon cable and clear the pins. I have done that and no luck. Can anybody help me identify the issue? Thank you
