slow power flashing HP LC3760N

Steady slow flashing power led, no picture.

Flat screen tv HP LC3760N
Was told power supply likely even though none of the capacitors looked blown I decided to give that a try.

I replaced the power supply and you guessed it, same thing slow steady flashing led and no picture.

Any Ideas of what to check?
