Possible 40" Samsung LCD purchase

Here is a TV which I can't figure out what is the problem with it. It has a green tint?

Yeah I dont see anything wrong other then the green tint. The seller didnt say what was broken, but they did say that it was broken?

Fixed so far 12 lcd's , 1 plasmas, 5 monitors, 0 dlp's (plan to keep the dlps at 0). and 3 atx power supplies, and 2 motherboards.
