Another DYLT032D No video

Hello Fellas.

I have a DYLT032D without video.
History.
I get this tv with power problems.
Once I opened, I find 7 capacitors blow out.
I already replace the bad caps and the tv turn on normaly.
But, after couple minutes trying find channels avaliables and no find nothing, I proceed to restore to factory conditions this tv. After that the screen start show me "no sync detect"
The only menu show me is the source menu.
The vga connection was working good.

Well, I proceed to replace the main board from shopjimmy, but is still same problem.
I play with different sources and everytime show me "no sync detect"
vga,dvi,composite,av

Something I noticed was the normal menu work only for 5 seconds.

Any idea ??/

I replace the next caps.
c28, c29 with 6.3v 2200uf
cs42,cs43,cs26 with 6.3v 2200uf
c27 with 50v 100uf

There are another forums mentioned use 16v 2200uf

Do you think this fix my problem?

I get it.
I change the capacitors for 16v 2200uf
And, I left Enough time for every time when I select the source give chance for been detected. (means 5 seconds)
Before I try select the source and because nothing coming up quickly I change to the another source and again and again.
Now select source, 5 seconds later was recognized.
