i think i got it TNPA3190ac is the lower and expect to find TNPA3189 is the upper.

you guys find the used TV boards on ebay usually ARE tested good?
from good feedback sellers?

looks like i should go with item 261066726223.

Those look more like buffers.

These are pulls from broken screens. So they aren't tested. But most sellers with high feedback won't want to risk a negative feedback so will usually offer a refund or replacement if there's a problem... Plus you have the buyer protection policies etc if you need to send it back.

Just make sure you order the right buffer (upper or lower.) They aren't interchangeable.

hey tom,

i just got that board from ebay.
the LOWER buffer board.
got it installed..not too difficult at all.
no change in the blurry picture.
still left and right bottom corners.
is it possible i got some ebayer's bad board that distorts the picture and looks exactly the same on the screen?

Possibly but now I'd suspect the control board or X board or panel. Hard to see the problem in your pictures would a video show it better?

just to follow up.
that blur problem was not an electronic issue.
the heat from the bad tuner board damaged the tint film on the
glass so i had to remove the film.
so theres no more tint now.
