need help finding 2 ics on the lv line (tp020 and ip020) these are marked on the ic cz016v3 and w18nk80z. i cant seem to find either thru my normal suppliers and nothing on google. the cz016 is a t0220 case style with 5 legs and the ww18nk80 appears to be a fet. it is on the low voltage ps. thanks for any help, this set is a nightmare.

finally ran down the part numbers only to find obsolete. anyone have a couple of these lying around the would sell?stw18nk80z and viper20a-e. stw is 3 pin large case and viper is 5 legged to220 style. thanks -

ebay has them stw is 11 bucks in USA or 7 bucks from wonderful china, the viper is 15 bucks from UK.Comment

most ebays are fake, these are stmicro. the china cops wont last. i would like to have the real ones plan on giving the set to my daughter if i ever find parts.Comment

If you lookup the first one they list as a pin to pin replacement digikey has it.
