Hi all,
Pick nice new sharp TV - like try fix
Sharp LC-32SB24U- SHUTS DOWN on start up-
Green blinking lights- two power , one opc -( something like that )
If i use the protection override - tv start - works plays fine-
I can turn off and on once.
- Second time goes back into protection.
with back off -
all bulbs seem to be light and working
Have all 3, 5 12 volts on rail -
pictures coming in next day

I heard sharp has lots problems with ccfl - Can be tested power off with DVM , if so how ?
I think voltage to ccfl may low or high - causing shutdown - first thought
I have re soldier the Power Supply/Back light Inverter- No change : (
* I would rap on tv and would come on- but very rarely would work do that - like bad solider joints *
If i use the factory protection override button pushes - TV start - works plays fine-I can turn off and right back on once.
