    Protronics PLTV-3250

Ok, I got this tv in non-working condition and finally decided to fix it since my Ilo CRT tv's vertical output is failing and I'd rather have a flatscreen.

Anyway, here's what it's doing. As found, nothing at all. As per a thread here, and elsewhere on the web, I read that a transistor and zener needed replaced to get output voltages from the power supply.

So, I replaced the transistor (Q7 I believe) and the zener. Nothing from the output still. Figured I would re-seat all the cables in the tv, and try again. After re-seating all the cables, the standby light came on. Hitting the power button, it turned green, and the light ould flash with the pressing of channels or volume. But no picture. Not like the lights were off, but the screen had power. Using a flashlight, there was no image on the screen.

My electronics knowledge is with vacuum tube electronics, but I have done some repairs to newer electronics, so I'm not a total noob. So anyway, here are some pics of the power supply, and the components I replaced. When you see my work, keep in mind I work on circuits that don't have circuit boards normally.

After replacing the transistor and zener, I saw this.

Under neath that transistor, I found another bad Zener.

Any suggestions on where to go from here?
