Re: technika lcd 32-209 screen blanking
After closely reading the description of the problem, it sounds more like an overheating processor than capacitor problem. However, It only costs about $5.00 to change the caps out just to rule them out.The strong-minded rise to the challenge of their goals, the weak-minded BECOME HATERS

Change out the caps first with low ESR caps. Ruling this out is critical to taking the next steps. Replacing the processor means replacing the board so... do the easiest, cheepest step first - capicitors. Of course, you can always check the connectors for a good connection. The strong-minded rise to the challenge of their goals, the weak-minded BECOME HATERS

Re: technika lcd 32-209 screen blanking
I see what appears to be Samxon GF Series in the power supply board, which are a known bad unit. What are the other brands and series (e.g. CapXon KF) of electrolytic capacitors on the main logic board?
Also, replace the two black and one brown electrolytic capacitors in the bottom right corner of the main logic board.
Finally, check the SMD electrolytics if they are not bulging.
I think the heatsinking of the main system controller in the centre of the main logic board is inadequate. My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.

Re: technika lcd 32-209 screen blanking
All are, except for the EPCOS. EPCOS makes good capacitors. However, I see that one of them is rated for 85C only. Therefore, it would be a good idea to replace it, as well as all of the other 85C rated caps.
Samxon also makes good caps, but their GF series are known to be problematic.
The only cap you don't need to replace is the 150uF 450V Samxon.
