Hello,
I have a problem with my LG OLED 55C9. It appears to be some sort of flickering or graphical glitch that shifts part of the image.
I haven't been able to find someone with the same issue as mine.
Since it's difficult for me to describe the issue, I have provided a video and some photos.

The problem started almost a year ago. Initially, it occurred very rarely, but over time, it has become more intense. Now, it's constant and has become unbearable.
I also have clusters of dead pixels all around the screen. It doesn't bother me, but it might be related
I've already tried resetting the TV to its default settings and performing a pixel refresh. The issue persists no matter the video source.
I would like to know if you think the TV is repairable, and if so, how to reliably identify the cause of the problem. Could it be the panel, motherboard, T-con board, or power supply? I'd like to avoid spending several hundred euros only to continue experiencing the same problem.
I'm also interested in finding out where I can obtain any necessary parts for repairing my TV, considering that I live in France.
Thank you in advance.
