I was asked to look into this particular problem with this set. It is seen here on this video. It seems to be a wierd slow refreshing problem. Never seen it before. I know someone on this site may have.

Probably a bad LCD panel. I've come across two with that prob. and neither the TCON or main board fixed it. The clue is the red tint (unless it was just the recording) And the slow refresh.
