Hi all.
It's a great place you've got here. I've learnt a lot in the last couple of days researching my problem and diagnosing this tv. It's a Samsung PS51E450A1W with no picture. Here are the symptoms and what I've tried. Any help is hugely appreciated.

symptoms:
No picture
No chime on start. (maybe turned off?)
Powers on, small flash of screen, 5 slow red leds on the front, at the same time: 1 slow and 14 long on the green led on the logic board. Then reboots and does the same.

The sticker with the voltages are:
VA 58
VSC -180
VS 203
VE 78


Voltages for the SMPS measured are
VS 203.6
VS 203.6
NC 0
VA 58.3
GND
D15v 14.3
D5.3v 5.2
GND
Vs-on 3.2
Vs-con 1.5
Ps-on on start jumps 3.4 pulled low to 0.1 (normal I think?)
GND

On the SMPS the VS-TP = 203.6 and the VS-TP = 58.5
On the X-Buffer VS = 203.6
On the XY MAIN the VS = 203.6, The VE =78 and the VSCAN = -180

Disconnecting the logic board from the main board and shorting 1 & 2 on the logic board on reboot shows the white backlight but the reboot happens again after the leds.

Shorting 3 and 4 (should bring up test pattern I think?) it shows white then red but restarts as per led operation again.
