Toshiba 40L3663DG Need memory DUMP Flashing STBY

Main board: 17mb110p
Panel: VES400UNDS-2D-N12
MEMORY MX-25l1606e

The TV is in Sby mode Flashing lights , nothing happening ,
On the clck pin of MX25l1606e i do not see a clock signal. Voltages seem fine.
if anybody has this dump pls help. ty




i probably jinxed myself with the last post about the programmer , ths is the last straw for me , im buying the programmer today.

I have tried usb flashing, it didnt work . Then i got my hands on a ezp2019 flasher and i succesfully read and programmed the bios , but the problem is still there. I checked all voltages seem fine. I got 3.3 on the nand , and 3.3 on the bios chip . Cpu gets warm so im guessing its gettin voltage just fine . I even swapped for another power supply board and the same issue is there so thats ruled out. I probe the Sclk pin and i see no activity only straight +3v line. It seems that cpu has died on this one too?
