    Insignia NS-24E400NA14

Replacing backlight with a universal one, how can I trick the board to turn on without back light installed. I was going to power the driver board for the new backlights off the original backlight output. it has 6 pins and the readings I am getting as is:

    1) 4.47v
    2) 4.47v
    3) jumps to 30 and comes back to 18v
    4) jumps to 30 and comes back to 18v
    5) 4.47v
    6) 4.47v
The universal set takes 9-30v input so I use the 2 center wires to the input of the driver

Some pictures would be helpful. Google around and can't find what your original backlight looks like.

Pictures showing how everything in the back is connected, main board, PSU, original LEDs (edge lit?) and replacement LEDs with "driver board"?
