One day the TV just dont turned on anymore. The red status LED is on when the TV is plugged in and it reacts, when I press a button on the TV, but the TV doesnt turn on.

I can hear a click sound, when the TV gets power.

I measured the power supply and it is okay.

When I disconnect the Mainboard from the power supply, the backlight goes on.

So in general I have similiar problems to the other people here.

You have disconnected the LVDS cables from the panel (the problem may be in the panel or in the buffer strips)
