i should have said i replaced power board.same result slow turning on

tested all caps nothing bad any ideas

check over the solder joints very closely, there can be small cracks that can be pretty hard to see, reflow any that might be suspect, careful not to bridge anything, also make sure all screws are tight in all the boards, same advice as in post #3, examples of bad joints: https://www.google.com/search?q=bad+...ih=607&dpr=1.5

As you have changed the psu and still same issue now time too test all the voltages and make sure they are as specified (as this is a plasma im sure there on a sticker somewhere if not downlaod a service manual) i also dont know if a aging panel can cause this
