printer hp laser jet pro m15a

Hello everyone, as the title suggests, I have this printer that does not turn on.
On the motherboard there are the primary voltages on the rectifier bridge of 320 v and on the double diode of the secondary of 24 v.
The voltages printed on a white background (I don't know if they are legible) of 24 v. , 5.4v and 3.3v are not present. There are no obvious burnt components, the capacitors seem ok. Unfortunately I have no schematic. Any of you know it?
    Thanks for the reply

The problem might be into formatter board. check the 24v on formatter board L2 or L4?
Mine the L2 is missing. I think there is the problem but i don't know the part.

I was missing L4. I have put the coil and the printer already works. Thank you very much for your help.
