The bga chip on that card is gone. replace the card and all will be fine.

faced this issue on hp laserjet 1020. Replacing the card solved it.

its difficult to get that bga chip. if you can get it-certainly possible. that involves bga rework. A new card is avalable at INR 1200(15-20$). Is it worth wasting time??
