Hello, I have a Canon TS8350 printer. The problem is that when I turn it on, "CANON" appears on the screen, but it never goes away. You can leave it on for a whole day, and it doesn't go away. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried unplugging it, but nothing. I've also tried holding down POWER, but nothing. In fact, once it turns on, it can't be turned off with the Power button. I've also held down Power and then plugged it into the Power supply, and the power light flashes once and doesn't turn on, but then when I press Power again, it turns on. Currently, it's a nearly new paperweight, and I have no way to get it working. If anyone could help me, I'd appreciate it. I've looked for firmware, but I don't have it either. I have some machines for flashing micros or EEPROMs, but before I open it, I'd like to know if this has happened to anyone and how to fix it. Thanks!
