Black & Decker 1000 Watt 8.5 Amp inverter help.

I have a Black & Decker 1000 Watt inverter,
Model #VEC049DCB, does anyone know where I can
get a schematic diagram/parts list? Need part number
for output MOSFETs that blew out, and also for a few
traces that burned.

What about the number that is printed on the mosfet? If the mosfet blew the plastic off, check in the case for the piece of plastic, it might have the number
as for a schematic.... not much of a chance of finding one

I found part of the mosfet, it looks like IRF640B.
Would be nice to have a schematic for the
burned traces or even a pic of the traces.

I ordered the Mosfets from Digikey, part #IRF640NPBF-ND.
Repaired the traces, installed the mosfets and replaced a few
resistors. Inverter is back together, hooked it up and turned it
on and have a green light but has no output with a lamp hooked
up to it, but when I shut the switch off the light comes on briefly.
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Do the mosfets have a controller IC chip that they are hook to if so it might not be working right please post a picture of the board front and back

Here are the pictures of the bottom and the top of the inverter.
The Mosfets on the right in pictures 29 & 31 are the ones I replaced.

check the mosfet connections .i noticed one looked not soldered and one looked shorted .might just be the pics though .

Hi everyone sorry it has taken me a while since my last post, my Mom passed away, haven't felt much like repairing anything. I did manage to repair my inverter. I replaced (IC1 Sop-8, Digikey #AP358SGDICT-ND) and (IC4 Sop-16, (Digikey #KA7500CDTFCT-ND), this did fix my problem and my inverter is working again.
Thanks again to all those who helped me fix this inverter.
