A astec 250w psu I pulled from a Hp Vectra vli8. Its pretty nice, two primaries are UCC, and the secondaries are all nichicon.
The heatsinking isn't very good, and the fan pushes about >1 cfm, but it runs stable. Still runs a Asus A7N266-VM with a athlon xp 1600+, and with a molex to p4 converter, it ran a HP vectra vl800 full atx motherboard with a 1.7ghz and 2 hard drives. Put out some heat though.
