Seasonic S12II SS-430GB strange sound

There is like quiet hissing sound coming from PSU, it is 3 and half years old, capacitors looks like new, sound is coming from highlighted area on this photo
It's very annoying

It's not like high pitched noise, it's something different.

Ok,after more research I have found that sound is coming exactly from this part(yellow in pic) there are two varistors(?) and a capacitor(?)

When I play games sound stops..

Sound is more likely to come from that inductor, the large coil of wire.

That usually has some silicone or other soft material molded to the coil to reduce the noise caused by the wire ubbing against the ferrite core.
When you play games, there's more current flowing which changes the magnetic flux in that inductor and it vibrates at another frequency which no longer makes that sound.

Try folding a piece of paper several times and push it on the sides of that inductor and see if that changes the sound slightly.

Problem fixed, I have removed that glue or whatever it is from capacitor and re-soldered it and sound magically disappeared, it's still there but very quiet now, you can still hear it if you stick you head in PSU Anyway, thanks for your help
