Gigatech UPS

Today, at a computer store, I saw a 500VA Gigatech UPS for $AU95.

(Do a Google search for "gigatech ups")

Has anyone had bad experiences with these UPS units?
(I once saw Liebert 600VA UPS units at a local electronics store for $AU165 - at a good price for their quality; I had suggested to someone that they would be good for the local nursery, which is on the outskirts of the city... they had a power glitch a couple of weeks ago...)

It was a rebadge of a KSTAR Pro Office unit - www.kstarpower.com

In one I bought, it had a couple of suspect solder joints (even though the unit worked perfectly, but I redone them) and "YUG" brand electrolytic capacitors.
When replacing the electrolytic capacitors, I upgraded the 3300uF 16V unit (across the battery via the fuse) to a 4700uF unit.
All of the chips and MOSFETs were from reputable manufacturers.
When tested, there were no known switchover problems .
