Philips 55PFL5505D/F7 white blinking light

Hi everyone;

I have a PHILIPS 55PFL5505D/F7 where the white LED blinks 21 times then repeats with no audio or video....no power.

The powersuppy model no. is UPBPSPDEL003 REV000.

I have replaced all the caps except two 150uf 400V on the primary side of the power supply, which shouldn't be an issue and I get the same problem, no power.

If the TV is unplugged for awhile then pluged back in, it will sometimes turn on.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi, did you ever get this resolved? I have a similar issue but for a 46" I replaced the inverter board but still no go.

Maybe try to ask a moderator / administrator to move this to the TV section?
