Which PSU for system w/o additionall fan?

Hi all, at the moment i need a psu for an AMD Athlon 64 3000 soket 939, 1 hdd and an GF6600gt.
The case did not allow additional fans to mount in.
    i have 3 PSU`s to choose from:

Amacrox Frei Erde AX440GLN for 59,9€
    Seasonic s12 330w 50€
    Seasonic s12 380w 59,9€.

Now in my experience the Amacrox has very high air flow, which would be in that particular case a good choice. On the other side i know, that those Seasonic are very well build units (may be a tad better than Amacxox, but not to mention), but haven`t any personal experience with them.
The only thing i know is, that they generaly are very silent. Thus if anyone has an Seasonic s12 i would be pleased to hear if it is running warm and if the air flow would be sufficient to cool the system down.
With the current LC-6550 psu the system draws about 130w ac max. So the 330w will well suite the needs.
The cpu cooler is an AC Freezer which blows direcktly the warm air towards the psu air intake.

Well, I have my S12 reversed, i.e. mounted upside down with the fan sucking air through the back and exhasting it through a hole in the top in my case...

For my PC, a Opteron 170 currently @ 2.4ghz (dualcore) running F@H 24/7 the air is still cold, like in room temp and the PSU casing also feels cold

On another comp, with a normal setup, also folding 24/7, CPU at about 2.7ghz I think (singlecore) the PSU is pretty warm, but it still moves very very little air, so I dunno if it would be such a great idea to pull all the systems air through it... (this comp does have a 80mm fan below the PSU in the usual case exhaust fashion and the air exhasuted by this fan is very varm... So why the S12 does not ramp up I dunno)

Well, as it isn`t my system, sawing any whole into the case isn`t an option at the moment. If it would be my system, the whole would probably already there.
May be i will put a air intake from the Bottom of the case.
From your eperience i feel somhow confirmed that the Seasonics anrent that great for limited airflow cases.
I already beeing testing the rig with my Amacrox 500w psu looping 3d,m,ark and prime torture test at the same time, and the airflow is very substantial. If the rig is stable wit open case, i will close it and look if it remain it.
Then i probably order a Amacrox Free Earth AX440GLN.
They share at least the same pcb and probably all the rest like the 500w unit. Could be interesting too, which parts are changed due to the lower stated total wattage.....
