Not turning on, I noticed without the charger plugged in, the power light beside the charger port is on (orange LED light).

What's interesting is when I disconnect the CMOS battery, it turns on (without pressing the power button). It emits 4 steady beeps and keeps doing it until it starts to boot windows. Which I can use the laptop without issue.

The CMOS battery registers about 3.04-3.1V, so i think it's good.
