USB-C meter goes from 5v to 20v but no current draw. Anyone got the boardview/schematic for this one?

Hello all,

i'm working on the same model but in my case there is no power at all, the usb-c ammeter stay off.
Could it be the intel jhl8040r thunderbolt controller (U7101)?

Yes, the boardview of this motherboard would be terrific. I just came across this model myself. It arrived dead. After replacing the PD controller, computer runs but only off the battery. There is initial spike in current from the charging brick but then after 5 seconds the current drops to 0. Then, the laptop runs solely off the battery.

PL4401 coil which is the charger/battery rail is showing 17.8V which I think is high. Could the ISL9538CH charging IC be the culprit here?
