    HELP!! I need schematic for DELL 13-7359 P57002g

    hi, i need the schematic for this laptop model, the touchscreen not working any more. So the S.O is W10 and i has update the drivers and BIOS and can't make to work the touchscreen. When i turn on the computer and i enter to BIOS for run a diagnostic, the touchscreen not work. I think what i have a problem in the motherboard so i need the schematic for this model.thank u every body

    There is a touch board card inside the screen. Normally that card goes bad if the device is detected in the device manager but with a yellow exclamation mark. However, the card is hard to get unless you have same screen with some other problem. I assume you have already tried serial io driver from manufacturer's site.

      hi mcplslg123, when i see into de device manager there is not a yellow exclamation mark but the device is there, i mean is like a ghost, the device is detected but not work, like a usb when u conect it to a computer and sound "turu"but don't show the usb, maybe the card o the wire is damage, for these reason i need the schematic to check the conections, thank u for you support

        If the device is detected without exclamation mark in yellow, then most likley its not hardware issue. try a clean install of windows 10 64 bit and then install serial IO driver from manufacturer's website. Before installing Serial IO driver, do install chipset drivers first.

          ok, i will try it. I have an other question, so the touchscreen is not native? i mean, in BIOS mode the touchscreen would have to work with out install any SO? thank u for you support

            Hello, as feedback on the touch screen, I have installed w10, I have installed the chipset drivers, then the I / O controller and the touch screen, all this in order but the problem continues, the touch does not respond in W10 and in BIOS, any other suggestions? thanks for your help
