battery not charge. pc working on adapter but not work on battery. Anyone have schematic?

Hi everyone,
after a little operating time of my Toshiba laptop, ranging from about 20 to 45 minutes, the Power light goes off, the power supply switches from the charger to the battery and in fact the voltage of both gates of the 2 initial mosfets are at 0V so the 19V does not reach the PL201 inductor and the power comes only from the battery.
However, when i close the cover to turn off the laptop, the charger starts working again, charges the battery and the Power light turns on in amber color but after about 20 minutes the charger is disabled and the power light... -
