i have a NAL60 LA-5691P DELL when i plug the charger the led indicator of charging pin was turn it off.. can you help me ? whats common problem of this

can't tell you what are the common problems, in my case there were a liquid damage and KBC corroded. I ordered new one and wait for delivery.
