used 7zip to extract instead of winrar and now its working thx alot , boardview is not same though , my motherboard is same as this, model ( H000052450 )

i got no watr dmg on this board and cant see any short or any bulged components

dc jack working 19v. but battery pins 1v 0.5v 0.7v and nothing on rest, no volts to bios chip or fan when i press power button, some chips near between dc jack / battery gets volts tho .. tried with different power button already but didnt work. suggest?
