whats wrong my friend?

yesterday i tested two notebooks and found 2x i5 2nd gen cpu bad so you my consider that if you got no display.

on a hp it show me 3 blinks that is memory problem but instead it was CPU

Yes i have not display the supply vcc core is flashing 07 - 1.1 v .I mesuring all the component isl 95836 all are goods.This m /b can go on with i3 cpu if yes tell to me some typs

2nd gen yes.

I3-2xxx this a 2nd gen cpu if it start with 2
