After replacing the mosfet, it did work briefly, 20v @ 1.57a.
I’ve traced the voltage and it goes all the way to a mosfet, it charges fine using the barrel port, this goes to the mosfet next to the one for USB C charging. It uses a isl9241 which I believe controls the PD. I’ll get some pictures later today.

Toshiba Tecra A40-G-138 (FUZ2SY1 A4607A) not charging
Does anyone have a schematic for a Toshiba Tecra A40-G-138 (FUZ2SY1 A4607A motherboard)?
It's not charging through USB C, the mosfet was dead, I've replaced it but still not working. The charger is putting 20v out and the laptop is showing it's charging so it's partially working.
The original mosfet was a AON7422G, I’ve replaced it with a AON7430 which is a similar spec

Samsung UE50NU7400 with black lines
Hi
I’ve got a Samsung 50” with a flickering lines. I’ve done a reflow on the main processor but the issue was still there. I tested it the next day and the fault had gone and has not yet returned.
Are there any common issues? The motherboard is a BN41-02635B
Sorry for the bad picture, I had to screenshot the video I have of the fault.
Thanks...

Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Morning
It appears as though I joined in 2011 and have never activated my account.
I was a TV/VCR/Hifi engineer from 1994-2006. I started repairing games consoles and learned reballing and other smt work, now i do a lot of repairs to most electronic equipment, I also design and build my own PCB’s for the Amiga.
I don’t do much TV work anymore due to the size of them, I didn’t design my workshop to cater for large TV’s.
