Specs: Intel i7 processor, 8Gb ddr4 memory module, 250Gb SSD,
date stamp is 2016
Motherboard model: ADZAM-6050A2761701-MB-A01
Symptoms: Sometimes the unit will turn on made it to the windows login screen then turns off, most of the time the Unit can be turn on but only the power on is lit and will eventually turn of in less than 30 seconds, CPU fan spins, no beep code and no display.🤕🤕🤕
Basics: replaced known good 19v adapter, replaced known good ddr4 memory module, test the always on voltage 5v, 3.3v all voltage is present when you turn it on. try to flash the EEPROM with good bios dump, no avail
I notice that the voltage supplying the memory module is not stable, it turn on and off, maybe this is the culprit. My problem arises when I encounter this IC with part number S25M 5388 quad pack 36pins, its a step down converter 19v to 1.2v as DDR4 supply, I research that part number with no avail, even google bard think its an EEPROM IC 😀😀😀
Need a Schematics or board view of this unit to figure it out how can I replaced this IC with Generic parts.😀😀😀
