Please uplooad...By the way the problem with this laptoop is that the Fan not spinning at all.

fujitsu has a notorious idiotic FAN Management Software system with WiFi KaKa
did you try to update the original software?

I did not try to update the bios software.
Do you still think that it's a software issue althouth the fan is not getting 5v on the red wire?
Do you have the bios for this one?

I need Z17M 3.0 there is a diffrent froom the one you linked me
The laptop model is V6515.
