I have a dell n5030 and It doesnt charge when I plug the charger in and when I check the voltage on the battery terminals I am getting 3.3v is that what I am suppose to be getting?

There is no charging light either.

NO. 3,3V is only one of needed woltage. dont check battery, check charging circuit
