    Thats a Quanta QL8 / TW8 motherboard.
And this is the discrete GPU version of yours, might help.
And if you can share the symptoms I can help u. I repaired lots of that motherboard when I was working on a RMA center.
Most problem is shorted mosfet, tantalum caps and cold solder at Vcore chip.

What do you mean LDO is 0 ohm ? is it totally shorted ? also check the +3VPCU rail to the ground.

          tomodachi ,

          All good?
I was searching the internet for information about this plate and found this old topic.

I would like some help, do you have a good memory to help me?

I have a plate like this, here in Brazil it was sold by the LG brand and also Itautec.
Mine turned off the screen out of nowhere. It turns on normally but the screen goes black. Can we talk about this old thread or should I open a new one?

          Thank you for your attention!

It was working and suddenly it went out.
Now it turns on normally via the button.. I have the main voltages.
But I don't have an image.
              On LCD, CRT and HDMI.

I analyzed the LVDS circuit and everything seems to be OK.

              See the figure.

              I don't have LVDS_BLON.

              It comes from the GPU.

The LCD_BK SIGNAL has 3V and comes from the PCH.

Do you know if I can disable this GPU?

I didn't find anything about this QL8/TW8 on the internet.

Before going with the option of disabling gpu, first apply a little amount of heat on GPU to see if you can get picture, TW8 is an old platform and GPU solder fail is quite possible

The hot air didn't work. I did a Reflow on the chips.

I'll keep looking for something in the GPU voltages.
