    Microsoft Surface Go 2 ( 'Model: 2013' ) Boardview & Schematics wanted

Looking for Boardview & schematic for this Microsoft Surface Go 2. Only thing I have on the bottom is "Model: 2013" beyond what is already written on the board itself ( DA0Z93MBAE0 )

Hello, I need to identify a component on that board. The chip reference is: a2D1J. Does anyone know what components it is? Thank you.

I know it's been long time the post was sent, but it may help someone.
I have the same board and the marking on my same component is a1v1J. I may be wrong but it looks like the real marking is '1J' snce it's the one in common to both our markings and the other variable part of the code is probably related to the date manufactured the lot and so on...

If you check for '1J' marking you will find general purpose SOT-23 NPN transistor like BC848A, not 100% sure but most likely.
