my laptop s acer aspire 5755 , this laptop working ok on adaptor,battery charging also work good.but not getting on on battery. what sould do.

Wait, so it's worked well when use it with the AC Power adapter?

Is it the original battery? They last 4-6 years when use it, 2 years if never use it on battery.

yes this is original battery. i had change battery also result same.i had change pq5,pq6,p7,p15,p16. than its work for 4 hours, than same problame again.should i change i/o ic enekb930qf-a1?..
