Toshiba A505-S6980 Data Sheet Needed

Im looking to replace a burnt out chip on this board "hannstar j mv-4 94v-0 0938" the chip is labeled U29 on the board and the label on the chip is "FPKHBV" however the labeling suggests that the F and B are special characters. Below that is another label, burn mark covering the middle of what looks like "AC14" I have a picture attached.

I was trying to test the voltages on this board because there was no power going to the power switch so i was searching for the bad component and accidentally shorted a 19v source over to the 3.3v

Can anyone help me find a datasheet or perhaps know that particular chip that needs to be replaced? I hope it is replaceable.

Sadly found another burnt chip, however i do not remember this one before i saw the first burn out so this might have been there before. (I Hope) Second screenshot attached.

See this schematic in order to know if they are similar.
U6100 seems to be coincident, but I`m not sure for the other one.

"hannstar j mv-4 94v-0 0938" İS NOT the identifier of the mother board. It is the pcb manufacturing code.

Thank you guys for that datasheet. Is there a source that you use to find such datasheets? I have had trouble finding anything useful for most of the boards i have.

Toshiba A505-S1990 laptop, I disassembled to reseat the keyboard cable (some keys not typing.) Reassembled and now it is DEAD. Not indicated lamps no battery charge .....nothing. 20 volt to the Mother board and power switch has a change when pressed. No fans nothing. Does anyone have a service manual or a link to one. I am stumped for now.
