Quanta NJP DANJPMB2AA0 boardview

I currently have an Asus Quanta NJP (DANJPMB2AA0) board.
All main power rails are present and stable. The laptop powers on, but there is no image and no POST.
I connected a USB keyboard to check for NumLock/CapsLock response, but there is no LED activity at all.
The motherboard is completely new.
I suspect a possible BIOS issue. I have already programmed two different test BIOS files, but the behaviour remains exactly the same.
